Steel-Fab's water control gates consistently maintain precise flow and water level control for flood dams and hydroelectric plants. Quality Control and Proven Performance

To ensure that our quality control standards are unsurpassed, we have instituted a check and balance system that continually monitors each operation throughout the manufacturing process. Water control gates are checked for dimensional tolerances, squareness, and alignment accuracy.
An operational test of the hydraulic and electric control system is used to demonstrate proper system functioning and sequencing of control and alarm devices. Steel-Fab continues to set new standards of excellence for water control gate design.
